how to install kits pack? for PC??

i have download the kitpack.. and i see all the thing is in png format...
the kits, the number, the font....

and in the kitserver folder, all the kits are in VLC media file (.bin) format...

so how does i gonna change it to vlc media file. (.bin)... or there is other way...

please tell me quickly...

by now i wanna have a lot of good kits...

i have downloaded la galaxy kits.. but how do i use it... where do i put it???
