How to make boots

Hi everyone, i wanted to know how to make boots for PS2 (apart from the vapors). I just want to use the edit mode in the game, so if anyone has any boots they can make i would be so grateful if you tell me how.

I don't think there are many others,he pretty much covered everything(atleast the new ones) ...
