How to modifie the "National teams name" in the game ??

I would like to edit the "national teams name" in the game like it's possible for the "club teams"
The option is not available, (locked) did you find any solution ?

I want to remove the name announced by the commentator (that WeEditor does not allow), I need to make this changes because I added new teams (Lithuania, Israel, Latvia, Mali, Bolivia and Iceland) which do not correspond any more to the "ingame comments"... thank you

I found a solution : I will to edit the ".spf" files in Pes3.exe with Hedit to change the "speech teams".

In fact, to include my own commentary in the game, it is necessary to edit the "speech teams" files (spf) with ASF Extract, but there is always a problem : how can I transform my own "wav" into "Spf" ???

There is a program "wav2adx" which import a "wav" into "ADX", but the ASF Extract option (Import adx into spf) doesn't work !!

you need an spf of the same name as the adx in the folder and it must be the same size or bigger
