how to patch a dvdrip [fits on 700mb cd-r]

yesterday i ripped my pes 4 at a friend's home because i have no dvd player in my computer.

now i want to patch my PES4 cd-r but i dont know which files i need and what is to do then.
i tried to patch it with the jonboyo patch and how it is written in jonboyo's patching guide, but this doesnt fit.

plz help me :/

Look up and you'll see a sticky thread containing a guide to rip your PES4 to CD and patch it. Patching it to CD is more complicated than patching it to DVD and takes a bit longer.

Get jonboyo's new patch which I just posted in the File Downloads section.

but when i try to patch my cd iso of PES4 with this one i grows up to 2 gb.... !?

If you want to patch to CD you need a DVD-image from your original PES4 DVD and follow the ripping+patching guide I posted in the General Editing section.
