I just installed the full version(pc version).But I'm used to fifa's "s" for passing ..etc..However..I can't find any option in the in-game settings for keyboard. I find for the xbox 360 controller!How to manually assign keys of my choice for pc version of pes 09 for keyboard?Thanks!!:(

Go to the PES 2009 programs folder -

usually - program files/konami/pes2009

In there you should find a settings.exe run this and you'll be able to change keyboard settings.

Plz I wm used to playing with keyboard.It may be more fum to you...but I like to play using keyboard..plz help!!Thia ia my 1st ever pes game.If I can't play I will be very dissapointed!!

First go in the game, settings and controllers.

There's a list of what each button does. Which is something you apparently don't know.

After you know which key does what, exit the game and go to the settings.exe and change each key to the one you like...


P.S: Using a controller, is much more natural... I use a PS2 one with a USB adapter...

how do i remove keyboard as first controller and replace it with my PS gamepad?
i can't apply my PS controller as a first controller so when i try to play for example the BECOME LEGEND part of the game i can only use my keyboard since an option to change controller settings does not exist..

Go to settings in the PES folder on your C drive and change controller layout instead of keyboard.

Anyway, I have been using the keyboard this is my setup.... my hand has carpal tunnel syndrome from it. I'm getting a USB/PSX converter today. Can't take this shit anymore. Online game suffers, even though I win almost every match (btw anyone wanna play me my game id is pa7-ka22-ro80, also shows up as ka-pa-ro - i'm on PC).

w a s d = up, right, down, left
LB = left shift
LT = left ctrl
RB = NUM_KEY 6
RT = NUM_KEY 9
X = NUM_KEY 1
A = NUM_KEY 2
B = NUM_KEY 3
Y = NUM_KEY 5

Just got a USB/PSX converter so that I can use my PSone controller to help with my carpal tunnel syndrome. It's so much better, but I need to learn all the controls again. People were owning me left and right online last night. Oh well.
