How to 'scale down' sponsors, badges in edit kit

Hello, firstly i was a bit unsure about PES 12 when i first brought it but have since fallen in love with it after a few alterations.

Secondly i was wondering how to scale down the sponsors on edit kit mode, on my ipdate i'm changeing hull cit yfor millwall and the sponsor is huge, i want it to be smaller and can't seem to figure it out, any help would be much appreciated.

if you're changing kits via kitserver then you need to find the .bin file with the kit, modify kit with photoshop etc. save back to bin file.
Probably a topic to pes2012 edit forum part though.

I recommend just using a patch with the kits already implemented fine. Like Pesedit or Firepatch.
