How You Train Your Player On ML?

Pretty much same as what most real life managers do, slowly bring in youngsters. Give them 20 mins or so, and as they get older you can give them more regular starts in the line up.

Oh...for team training, just see which stats needs improving most, or the stat you feel the players need.

Obvious choices are improving speed for Wingers, shooting for Strikers, defence for Defenders.

But sometimes, you may wanna improve other stats like body balance for wingers if they get knocked about by the opposition's defence too much or improve their passing abilities if their crosses are poor.
Or your own defence may be struggling to keep up with pace of the opposition's strikers, then train them with speed.

Just do what you think is best for your players and train stats according to your own experience.
Alternatively, you can take the easy option of doing auto-train which is more or less the extra stats you gain from a standard league match for every player.

To get your players to develope quickly I do a few things. Mostly common sense though.

1. If you have young defenders use them with your best keeper.
2. If you have a young keeper bring your best defenders
3. Game time for youngsters. I start all of my younger players and let them play as much as possible..the first few games they get exhausted usually by the 70th min. but after a few games it seems they can hold out alot longer.
4. Build your team around your players... pick a formation in which your younger players have more chances to get stats.

I do all the training when the season is over.
I put each player training on one thing and keep saving and loading the game until the fatigue gets to around 50 -60 when i give them a full rest.

I usually train on the players depending on defending, midfielder and forwards.

e.g defender may need higher skill in heading.
