It was announced last year but I've only just come across the trailer.
Looks like it could turn out to be a good game.

I Am Alive is an upcoming action and survival video game by Ubisoft to be released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and ported to Microsoft Windows. The game takes place in post-apocolyptic Chicago after a major-scale earthquake, and tells the story of a man named Adam Collins. The gameplay is said to focus more on character interaction and problem solving. The game will also challenge players to make "life-changing decisions".The game was announced at the end of Ubisoft's E3 2008 conference.

The trailer shows a background advertisement board containing the url www.ruaumoko.com, in reference to Ruaumoko, a Maori god whose movements cause earthquakes.

I Am Legend ?

Looks alright mind, maybe worth downloading the demo providing one is released. Should be interesting though.

Tar for the info, can't say I've even heard of the game until now.

Only a downloadable game now. So it sounds substantially downgraded.

It is happening again
Hmmmmm. Reviews are all over the place for this game. Some very good, some very bad. I hope there's a demo, because the game does look intriguing, but I would like to try it out first.

Kinda reminds me of Far Cry, from the trailers. Which is not a bad thing, because Far Cry 2 was good, but 3 looks amazingly good.

Anyone played this yet then now that it's available?

It's 1200 MS points on the Xbox 360, which equates to around £10 I think? From the gameplay videos I've watched, it does look like quite an enjoyable game so I'm definitely contemplating the purchase.

I will hold off for a short while longer though, as I'm getting back into Black Ops and Forza 4, so I've no real need yet for another game.

Played the trial version, it was alright I suppose but I doub't I'd pay for than £5 for it. But I suggest you try it for yourself as you may enjoy it.
