If we avoid the usual suspects such as Man U, Inter, Milan, Barca, Arsenal etc etc and focus on the unused yet worthwhile.
Here is a top 5 easy to adapt to "poorer" teams.
1. Sevilla. They are good in attack and decent enough defensively. Best way to play is 4-4-2.
2. Roma. One of my favourites to combat the big teams. Get rid of the 4-5-1 straight away and use a 4-4-2 with a defesive midfielder and Totti attacking almost a SS if you will. Season this with wingers and the attacking options are quite fatal.
3. Newcastle. Pace is the key. Owen and Martins up front then in Midfield play some creative players like Emre and Solano who are able to play cunning passes for the exploits of pace. Defence can be troublesome but you can even go 5-3-2.
4. PSV. Play 3 up top with some pace and this could be a success.
5. Valencia. Villa is a top striker and with some clever midfielders to choose from this could prove a winning combination.
Another team I have learnt to use and who I oddly enough win with is St Ettiene.
Country wise when some knob hole picks Brazil counter it with one of the strong and pacey African Nations. Nigeria or Ivory work best for me.
