It infact happened to me. I was playing with Liverpool 3 times, 2 times it worked like a charm, but then the 3rd one wouldn't let me.
Am playing with manC snd it works.

I've done 2 threads on this and the answer is thus: Start another ML. You've encountered one of the PES 2010 Master League bugs. There is no apparent reason why it happens, you haven't caused it through any action, it just occurs and corrupts. It may be fixed in a future patch but this is Konami we're dealing with.
