well no the updates are for world transfers and stats
as for konami releasing an update, well obvs they know somethings wrong so we are right to pick at it
i'm questioning what ther doing because for so many years they didnt get any thing wrong in my view, but they are now for 2 years on the trot
as fot tigers fans sarcasm i believe he was been sarcastic too lol

PC's/Consoles are getting bigger and better by the minute, so of course the older games will be better because most are a finished product.... Are you telling me Konami have had 10 years to make and engine based on the PS3 for example? No...

Maybe they did spot something wrong? So that can only be a GOOD thing. If the update was coming out in 3 months, then you can say their waiting for feedback to assess the problems at hand.

Now with all the new technology they can try different engines that allow face expressions for example, or allow the ball to flow more fluently... Or more improved AI, better scripting... The list goes on...

What makes me laugh the most, is people can judge a game, but when its fixed and working how it should do, they don't give credit where deserved.

As for Tiger, I'm not bothering with him any more...

You cannot possibly have given the new PES a chance. We're all aware that PES08 wasn't a good one but you can't find much fault with any other of the previous incarnations. If you were as die-hard of a PES fan as you say, you would've given the game more than a weeks play. If you're so enammered with FIFA, go off and play it. What you've done is create a 'debate' where you provide all the pros of FIFA, against all the cons of PES. That's not really a valid argument is it?

Also, if you believe than Gaffa's love of his life is his PC, I feel sarcasm is truly lost on you.

if youd have looked back ive posted cons on fifa pros on fifa

what on earth are you on about i know konami havent had 10 years neither have EA, face facts for once, fifa has good points this year, christ man.
as for them waiting for feedback issues, they employ hundreds of testers before the game is released to get feedback issues to eradicate this.
also i'm judging the game in its current state, the state my money was spent on, and i dont think its good enough as an allround game, yes it plays good football as always, but i excpect more now as this isnt ther first next gen go at pes

What winds me up is when people say FIFA is shit and thats a fact... is it fuck? its fact because you have said so? My ONLY problem with FIFA 09 is that it is too easy to master and I can beat difficult teams on Legendary difficulty. I love the way the game flows and moves and it feels like a This Generation football game. PES which I think everyone needs to remember is a PS2 Game Engine that has been slightly tarted up for PS3 and 360 and its still as stiff and robotic and on rails as its ever been. Ok I still love PES and I wont deny that but the sooner Konami has the balls to actually try and develop a this Generation off the rails off the robots and more free Game Engine the better it will be for the fans.

If Konami said... Right guys, here's the deal... There won't be any more PES titles for 5 years until we thoroughly test it and make sure its a next gen game, you would all be crying your eyes out... Don't say I'm wrong because I know for a fact I'm right. Most people can't handle small changes that can be put right in maybe a patch or next title. So, there's not a chance in hell people won't accept a decision like that...

You only have to look at MGS to realise how good Konami are. If they had the same amount of time spent on PES as MGS, PES would fly through the roofs... But, they don't... They only have a year. You can bring up FIFA again saying... "But that's only had a year also..." yes they have, but there completely different games altogether, the only thing that brings them together is their both football games... You can't compare them because they both have completely different styles of play. Maybe the only things you can compare them with is graphics and sounds... Nothing else. Its like Marmite, love it or hate it. They will never be the same.

What I mean by that is the slowest Left Back in the World can keep up with Cristiano Ronaldo and it makes you Work to win the match.
