The reason i have a problem with you is not because of your opinion, i respect that entirely, and it was rude of me to say i didn't care about your long post, i infact thank you for showing some of us who don't know too much about both games, im sure that would have been a big help.

But the way you are going about, swearing and being abusive and putting others down due to there opinions is not right, i have my own opinions as do you, does not make us lesser or bigger persons than one another.

i'm only constantly saying its poor because it is, and thats exactly what we used to do to fifa.

both games play a good game of football this year but i do agree that while fifa seems to be getting better theres no denying pes has gone in freefall on the next gen consoles

I honestly dont think it has i think pes 2008 as an allround game was absolutley horrible, but i still think the offline exhibition gameplay was great.

And as for this year i think its wonderfull :erm: so maybe immissing something.

But we all have different needs and tastes i guess, while i though fifa 08 was the worst thing ever there were a few who absollutley thought itr was the dogs balls, so meh im just lost :ninja:

Yea i agree we are collectivly quick to jump at fifa, more so than we do at pro, but this year i am happy with the effort konami have made, and where as Ea's attempt is also good, for ME i think Pro has done it.

That is a good comment yes i agree with the fact that fifa has come on leaps and bounds, but i belive that is due to the fact that after Fifa 03 Which i absolutely loved haha fifa was a crock of shit, so it was not hard to come on from it, where has pro has mastered the realism and gameplay so it is harder for them to do more? maybe we are to expectant of konami, so are overlooking what good they have done as apposed to what good they have not done.:unsure:

i'm on ps3 at the mo
had xbox 36o but all my close friends went for the ps3 so had to make the switch *sigh*

Mine is the other way around all my friends are on 360 so i use that while my ps3 is gathering dust! i might invest in pro for ps3 soon! haha

So far so good, have been a couple of lil hiccups, but there will be maintenance and patches soon, so i hope they iron those out, so far so good though.

Last years game was awful and so is this years. The players 'skate' around the pitch and the dribbling just does not look or feel realistic. PRO has completely lost the realism it used to have in it's gameplay.

pes2009 is the same old game we played last year. yes there is no slowdown and yes the gameplay has improved a bit from last year and overall is a better game but come on ppl lets wake up and smell the coffee, whats really changed i'll tell you oh erm NOTHING!!!

konami should be ashamed of themselves. this is their 3rd year on next gen and this is the best they've got to offer its jus crazy. i dnt understand how ppl can say this game is a football sim. i guarantee u these are the same ppl hu sed pes2008 was good and these kind of ppl dont help the situation they jus encourage konami to keep putting out the same game year after year.

i seriously dont know whats going on with seabass and his team, i mean look at EA with Fifa 09 in 1 short year they listened to their fans took everything that was bad about 08 and flipped the script for 09 and put out a killer game. compare this with konami and what they've done in a year and its jus shocking. the old saying goes that 'in order to rise u gotta fall' well konami fell big time last year and 1 year later they still havent got up and dusted themselves off and learnt their lesson its pathetic.

oh and it doesnt stop their oh no no no. how is it that konami still havent fixed the online its just insane its a joke, i was playin online earlier 2day right and the lag was incredible i mean to point wer even the ref was laggin but anyways still i was smacking someone 4 - 0 with a bunch ov stupid easy goals scored by messi and this person quits the game in the last 15 mins so im thinkin ok i got that win, i go check my record it says i've lost 3 -0 now this is totally an utterly unacceptable we payed our hard earned money for a game that just like last year cant cope with one of the main features everyone wants to do which is online. i mean the game hasnt even been out for a week and already there is a message that pops up wen u sign in sayin 'the servers are unstable... we appoligize for any inconveniance'. ok konami how about an apology for making absolutley no progress wotsoeva in the past 3 years.

oh and how could i forget the mode that could quite easily be part of the master league but instead its a stand alone mode which i could of created myself by simply selecting cup mode and putting in teams from all over europe. need i say more ........
Konami i think ur are a disgrace to next gen gaming. i've had enough of it im giving it one more year 2010 better be good.
