No 1 - I think that is the Stamina bar. When it bottoms out, it means they are paggared
No 2 - Thats there attacking Bias. If your losing a match with 5 minutes left, it will be red (meaning hard attacking). If you are winning a match with 5 mins to go, it will be blue (meaning everyone back defending)

1. It's the accumulated fatigue of the player. When its over half full it means the player loses a % of his all his stats during that game.

2. How attack minded your team is, how far up the pitch your will play.
