Please can someone explain me how to import stadiums. I made some stadiums in rhino and now i dont know how to import them

I used search and found out that some other members (like ingramator, panakas) had problems with importing stadiums,too. Everybody talks about making stadiums only and nobody know how to import stadium. Please if anyone know help me
