Hello, I'm from Argentina and I've just got the DVD.

The thing is the game isnt updated at all, all I can say is that it is PES5.

How can I update all the transfers and the shirts and shorts each team uses?

Please know that I dont have much knowledge about computers and stuff so I would appreciate if you could recommend me the easiest way to do this.

If you are trying to update kits go to the editing section or try to download an option file.

I recommend you Bluescouse's "WSAG v3" or watson's "Watson V4" option file file. They are the best out there. Just put the OF in your save game folder.
