On other forums people never really had any luck making threads asking to become a mod. Usually the admins/mods will discuss it between themselves when they need more moderators.

P.S Im not trying to be an arrogant twat or anything, I just thought id mention it, as a kinda warning or something.

rchrd thanks for that you are right and you dont sound like an arrogant twat... I think a moderator for the PC section would be good.. and im good when it comes to pc's and Pro Evo 3 so thats why I thought about it.

best idea is to let the admins look around themselves. Raising the idea isn't a bad thing but it could be interpreted as you just asking for admin power. If the admins say they need staff I'll vote for you though

Just an opinion, but i think you'll have to earn and prove it more. Though i think the pc section could use a moderator!

i think he is more likely 2 promote an existing mod than get a new one, but to be honest i dont think any of the existing mods have the knowledge except maybe larsson.

ill mention it to hitman when i next speak 2 him.

Ummm, i'm not bad with PCs either...however, patience isn't my virtue, so i think being a mod would do me 'ead in, lol

lol, im not one thats obsessed with post counts like other people such as giggsy11 and sheringham etc.. :p but i do believe that there would be about a 500 post minimum for any mods, just to ensure that they have a good enough understanding of the forum.

and if they were to promote people with like 50 posts as a mod, what would the people with 51 posts plus who arent mods think? they wouldnt be happy.

although i realise that its quality over quantity, its not always that way.

Yeah...I have had 202 QUALITY posts...as you can see this is 203rd QUALITY post...and it has QUALITY written all over it. QUALITY or what eh?

Well I havent posted much else where because a lot of other people are excellent at asking quesitons in the player creation center and stuff like that. Im good with PC patching and advising you how best to do that and also how to get a good performance out of your machine for pro evo 3.... I understand the procedure I put my name forward because I thought people might be happy with the posts I have made here so far and would support me.... um guys dont make it sound like all you need to do is to spam to a certain post count to become a mod around here

just keep helping out and the staff will appoint people as they see fit

i'd like to help mod as well but i've been here all of what...a week?, heh.

ctlaltdel, yeah we'll carry on advising on pc related stuff. I could probably doa mod job on here.....well I will be on my website forum once i've upgraded it....but I can do that job here as good now, without being a mod...so let's just keep trying to help peeps out with their dilemmas.

Yep Im In On That One. Guys The Reason I Put My Name Forward For This Is That I Seem To Post A Reply On Almost Every Subject And Peeps Seem To Be Happy With My Reply It Usually Helps Them In Some Way....
