Idiots Guide to PS3 Option File

Hi i have just bought a ps3 40gb i have a ps3 and a max drive memory stick could anyone possible spare the time to give me a idiots guide of how to get an option file from your ps3 after dwnloading it to my ps3 and play in pro evo.

Check the PS3 option files on offer already, i think i've seen a link on here to help but can't remember where. Check the ps3 option files tho,it most probably on there.
