Hullo all,

I just pre-order PES3 from Amazon UK today, a short while after I went to the "Wheres my stuff?" bit and had a looksee, it said

-Items Not Yet Dispatched
Delivery estimate: Oct 20, 2003 1 of: Pro Evolution Soccer 3 (PS2)-!!!!

On thier PES3 page it said, released 17th oct, and they will despatch it when they recieve it from supplyer, Fair enough,

But I have to wait 3 ruddy days when I could go down to my local GAME and be playing on the 17th! (its a long way btw)

I thought this might be cos I placed my order so late and they have to despatch loads of earlier ones, so all those of you that have pre-ordered from there would you mind telling me if your estimated delivery date is the same as mine or earlier,

i ordered mine 4 weeks ago and i have the same delivery date quoted.

i think if u pay #2 extra u can get same day delivery??

yeah i ordered mine yesterday and it says the same date as yours. i paid the 2 pound but it still says that date. hopefully we will get it on friday 17th. I can't wait..........

I've just gone and looked but cant find anything on it,
I've got mine coming 1st class but I would pay for same day delivery.

Hey guys, Ive also ordered from Amazon and mine says exactly the same thing. I really hope they don't send PES3 to me on the 20th, at least on the 18th!!!

Is it not possible on Amazon to cancel your order and then use the same payment method in a Game store? Or is it too far to travel?

y not get it from "Gamestation" i go there and i'am getting pes3 for £32 (that is if u pre-order) and a further £2 knocked of if u have the bouns card (which i do)

i'll just stick with amazon. i've heard it's reliable from peeps, so i can only hope. As long as i get the game i ain't fussed. this game will rule.. If any1 finds anythin else out then please post it. I might e-mail amazon.

Order from Amazon for low price and a chance that it may be delivered before or on the day of release. If it doesn't arrive on the 17th pop into GAME and buy PES3 then when your copy eventually arrives from amazon take back your GAME copy and get a full refund. Simple as.

On their website it does say estimate, so i think PES3 should reach us by the release date. It better, i've paid £2 extra as well!!

hey guys,
While reading the comfirmation e-mail I noticed this,

Dispatch estimate for these items: 17 Oct 2003
Delivery estimate: 20 Oct 2003 - 20 Oct 2003
Delivery Method: First Class (1 business day)

So they post it to us on friday, this should mean we receive it saturday,
Maybe the Amazon delivery estimating brain takes into account the 1 business day and puts the 20th cos it doesnt realise the posties post on saturday.

Thats if they catch the 5:15 deadline, this is where either pre-ordering early or being called Mr Aardvark will help.

I didn't pay anything extra and it said i'd get it between the day of release to 24 hours after wards. Since it's being released on a Friday, probably won't get it until the monday, but ah well, what can you do? You can go out, buy it, and when the amazon copy arrives, take that back, that's what you can do!
