I'm now prepared to switch allegainces, venture out into the world of import games and opt for WE7 rather than PES3 on it's eventual release. BUT, how hard will it be to understand knowing little, well quite frankly no, Japanese.

I'm sure it ridiculously hard, knowing none....but if you can find somebody thats fluent in Japanese, they can help translate the menus

There's no need to learn Japanese.

Wait about a month after the game is released and there will be translation patches for it, with the options mostly Italian and English.

Give them a little more time and you will see sponsor logos on kits, advertising board updates and much more.
Patching requires an original of the game, ability to download patches and a CD burner.

i'm gonna buy both. i'll playWE7 while I wait for pes3 to be released here as i heard that there will be more features in PES3 than there is WE7.

Didn't know they traded in Jap game in the UK.
I mean they can't really sell it on so what's their gain?
