in real life konami you cant hear the football !!!! so why do it

When you watch a game on TV you can hear the ball being kicked..I thnink for the sake of gameplay you should have some kicking sound..though perhaps not quite as loud as it is in the demo.

Hmmm, not so sure about this... depends.
I think that we already got many innovations and fixes, so we should leave (big) sound improvement for PES 2011. :)
Well, when we started this conversation, I'll tell what I want in PES 2011. Completely new and builded from scratch chants and spectator's reactions.
About commentators... hmmm... I'll judge them when full game's out.

I'm probably in the minority, but I actually prefer for there to be a sound effect when you kick the ball. While it's true that in real life, when you're watching a football match on television, or as a spectator at the match, you can't hear the sound of the ball being kicked, it's also true that you can't take control of any player on your favorite team at any time, and make them do what you want.

I find it to be more immersive when I can hear the ball being kicked. And hearing that thud when I take a powerful shot that results in a goal makes it that much more satisfying.

As for the actual kicking sound effect, it could probably stand to be a little better than what's in the demo, but I'm not bothered by it.

What I really don't like are the sound that players do in a battle for a ball. Sounds like rowing.
