Importing face to BAL

I tried to import my photo to create my Become A Legend character, but there is nothing to load when I try to import it.

I am not sure what I did wrong, can someone give me some advice?

This is what I did.

I took a picture of myself with my digital camera and place the photo (jpeg) into my Usb Flash drive (usb stick) and plug it into the PS3. Load the game and Become a Legend to create my character but when I try to load the imported image, it say there is nothing. Hmm...

go to photo in main ps3 menu
open usb copy pic to your ps3
if no data in the usb click triangle then display all then copy image

i hope it works

because the image u put in the game must be a PNG file format not a jpeg one

Odd, it is still not working..

I converted to PNG file and the Photo (All) (Album) (Year) still doesnt have my photo. I made sure it was less than 4mb and 1058x576 dimension... can anyone help me with this?

Is it in Import Data(PES2011/BAL/NEW/FACE)?
