Importing the Euro version of PES2008 to the US... QUESTIONS!

OK so we know that since the PS3 is region free the PAL version of the game will work on the US PS3s on HD tvs. NOW the questions that concern me are as follow:

1. Will I be able to play ONLINE from my US PS3? vs people that have the EURO version of the game, mainly in europe or others in the us that have imported it?

2. Once the US version of the game comes out in the spring, will we be able to play against the people with the US game? or will it be a completely different game/server etc?

I would appreciate anyone answering these questions so I could go ahead and preoder the game already!

can you currently play other games against the whole world?ie say can you play one of your games online against someone in japan?id say if you can PES will be no different,it use to be that you couldnt but thats because they were differnt games,ie this year we had PES6 you had WEPES with some minor updates,this year i believe there gonna be the same game so.......
i cant be certain mind you,but if you buy it,take good care of it and then you cant,buy the us version and sell it on ebay
