In Wii... I can't edit nothing?

My previous PES game was "Winning Eleven 9" on the PSP, I remember I could edit names, edit abilities, edit roster, etc.

And this Wii version only allow us to edit player name, and team name?!?!?!?!?!?!

What if I want to insert myself into Manchester United and up my ability to 99 all the way?!?
