Yes Zygalski it might come down to purely just the commentary and with Nokami's promises of improved commentary with every version I haven't been particularly impressed. The majority of the patching guys have stayed loyal to the WE series even when it is on par with the PE series.

wouldnt it be cool/time consuming/weird/unfeesable to record your own commentary, just a stupid thought. no need to take the piss cuz it is pretty bad, but its an idea.

You are right it's a long process but possible, and some of the sound files are a bit difficult to get hold of and edit. But commentary is pretty straight forward, just a lot of files.

What would be also interesting is creating commentary based on real footie matches which someone did suggest, but then worked out what that actually entails.

you could actually do that if you had the time though. it isnt a hard process, just a lot of recording. the only thing is, the spur of the moment would be lost if it was just recorded like that.

Perhaps you could programme the game yourself as well! Only joking. They do owe to the PES fans to sort out the commentary. It is really unfair to have such a shoddy piece of ?*^! And it's never been rectified since the beginning.

One thing I would like is to know exactly the position of what is happening in the final group matches of world cups or other cups.
Maybe a results table (and group as it looks at that moment) at half time would be nice.

At the moment, you have to wait for the match to end and see either the 'next stage' option or 'game over'.
Tense moments but not nice!

I think in FIFA 99, Gary Lineker would tell you exactly how it stood and what needed to be done
(there I admitted I played FIFA, but it was before I knew about PES, honest!)

And players should celebrate if they go through or be sad if not.

I think the best way to listen to a match is with a patch of lots of crowd chants and the commentator only saying the player names and nothing else. We'd like to be able to choose that option please!!

I agree on the last point def, Zygalski. But it should be cool in final group matches not to know the results as IRL? But I would also like to see positions and stuff at half time. Perhaps an on/off option at any stage?

Actually what about (mentioned this before) a news centre. So after each set of games, you have like a ticker tape running or something... saying Brazil 3 Costa Rica 1 Ronaldo scores 2... France lose 1-0 to Senegal in 87min

Reckon that might be quite cool.

what about goal of the group comp.? after all the teams have played their first games, a goal of the games thing is held and shown to the user. sometimes it can be their goal, or sometimes it can be a goal already in the system that another team has done. they do it for american football games
