Injuries

Just finished 2 seasons of ML with Arsenal on Pro difficulty. Only complaint is the lack of injury. Even van Persie and Rosicky managed to stay healthy for 2 seasons. So it's not as realistic as I like, not having to rotate my squad and give the youngsters a chance.

Then I switched to Top Player on my 3rd season and next thing I know, Arshavin is injured for 2 months and Ramsey is injured for 2 weeks, both from training.

Has anybody seen this? Is it just a coincidence? Or are there more injuries at Top Player difficulty or after 2 seasons of ML?

I am planning to start a new ML with lower teams and I like having to rotate and work my roster. So I am debating whether I should start as Top player, or sim through the first 2 seasons.

Cheers.

no i think its coincidence !
Club Doctor is responsible Injuries ..
yeah and i agree with you it's not as realistic as I like :(
so i put Club Doctor in LV3 !!
and i have some small Injuries in the hole season so Next year i,ll make it on LV2

Coach : LV2
Athletic Trainer : LV2
Club Doctor : LV2
Scout : LV5 << Even its LV5 negotiations breakdown !
Youth Team : LV4 < i don,t youth players on overall 80 ~ or something !
Fan Club : LV5

I keep my Club Doctor at level 1 for this reason, but unfortunately my level 5 Athletic Coach is preventing any and all injuries currently. I would bring him down to level 1 too, but that would seriously negatively affect my training.

It's a shame, and Konami needs to sort it out.

On top player, i lowered my club doctor to level 1. My 2 best players got injured for over 6 months each (at the same time ha).
Its not really realistic for injuries but my team does get quite a few for several weeks at a time.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will give that a try. I don't mind lowering the Athletic coach a bit. When I started as Arsenal, I found the players are developing way too fast for it to be realistic.

Thanks.
