Inserting balls into jonboyos patch

Hi i want to insert my own balls into jonboyo's patch of pes4 can anyone help me i have searched everywhere and i cant find anything!!

Also a link to some balls would help.

thats great....i think i have the Jonboyo patch and i want to put my own footballs on it...and also my own bootpack and shirt numbers...but didnt know how...
