Hi, I'm new to this. I've been trying for about 3 hours, but I can't figure out how to replace player faces with faces I've downloaded. Can someone help me out? Thanks a bunch!

hey dude.. before we help you... i think better to know.. which pes version does u got there?? PC/xbox/ps2/ps3???? let us know... it`s easy to help if you put it more detailed..

oh sorry, i forgot to specify that. i guess i was too frustrated and distraught to say i have PES09 for PC.

i tried downloading the face file then moving it to my \My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\save folder but that didnt work. i tried renaming it to PES2009_FACE015.bin so maybe I could use it as a scan but PES didn't recognize it in redit mdoe.

i also tried moving it to the C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\kitserver\img\cv06.img folder but that didn't work either

any help would be appreciated, thanks

now i think i can help u.. mine also pes09 pc version
dont be sad man... pc version is easier to use.. i also have the same problem last 2 weeks.. then i try to figure by my self.. doing right and error.. and now my pes is awesome..

there were some of the faces we can just copy paste it on the kitserver and there also some faces that we might use pes 09 editor...

can i know the original name of the face file u get or give me the link where u get it.. i may check it for u... which way it should be done..

never mind, i found out how to do it. it's actually a lot easier than i thought! i installed PES editor 2.3 and got a face/head list from the creator of the mod i'm using (smoke's 1.2). the problem was that some of the players had that silly default PES build face. the face files were already in the mod in the cv06 kitfolder, but theyre not linked. that was the problem. so i used PES editor to relink them. i also downloaded a face file just to give it a try, and PES editor works fine with that too. this was the one i downloaded, http://downloads.gamingaccess.com/index.php?file_id=34931. for some reason, looking at the default PES build face makes me want to puke.

thanks for the help tho! one more question, how do i open bin files? when i click on "import file" in ALS explorer, nothing happens

there are a lot of great faces on this site, http://pesfaces.co.uk/news.php

but the website navigation is weird. you have to click on PES09 on the left tab everytime before you select a league, and everytime you click on something, the tab resets to PES6
