Installing Kits (problem)

i got the pic decoder to install kits from bmp etc. into PES3. I recnetly got the proevolutionline.com superpatch with all of last years kits. I then then downloaded a new liverpool kit from a site, sumthin like pes-pc.com sumthin like that. I used the pic decoder to install it, it completed installing the kit but when i ran PES3 and selected liverpool, the kit was still the one of the superpatch. can i have help please. Is there a way of having the superpatch and the new liverpool kit. Or must i reinstall the game and then install the kit.

Try to install the kits with AFS Explorer, it worked for me.
I have the superpatch and the new liverpool kit!

Is there a walkthrough for this topic anywhere? I have no clue how to do this lot and all I want to do is change a few kits. It is installed on my PC and has a patch with updated kits but some are shit and I want to change them. Please help?

I think you know I need to update Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal. Oh and there's the small matter of my ML Team (Assassination Squad) getting their Kill Bill/Game Of Death yellow and black number.... Very fetching, as modelled by myself in my profile and on my formation template.
