I'm entering a league with some mates and I got Inter to play with. I'd really appreciate some help with the formation/strategy of the team as I never play with italian teams (too defensive for me). What I'm looking for is a formation that emphasizes midfield control. Any help?

I've been using 4-5-1 with:
- Toldo
- J. Zanetti, Cordoba, Samuel, Favali
- C.Zanetti
- Figo, Stankovic, Veron, Recoba
- Adriano

The strategy is a direct port from the one Chelsea comes with by default (which I feel comfortable with); however I can't seem to win a satisfactory percentage of the games.

Considering I'm an average player, can someone give some help regarding team formation (for the 3-5-2 tactic, for instance) and best stategy for this particular team?
