Is it possible to take edited teams from Ps2 and play them on PES4 PC version?

Basically my question is on the topic :)
Can i do that? find the patched teams from PS2 version that i have and make them...move them...or whatever, so that i can play them on my PC ?

Hope someone can help me...fast :)

because the teams from the patched cd (ps2 cd) that i found has all the greek teams which are not in wolf's patch...thats why i want to take those teams and put them on pc... :) so is it possible?

Man it is kinda hard to explain. You're going to have to extract the bmp's or bin's from your patched PS2 version & then using Graphic Studio, manually insert them to the O.TEXT.AFS file in your PC version.
