Yes the best of it's time, MGS2 storey was alot better but I think MGS3 is the best one and probaly in my top 5 ever.

MGS 1, was class, sheer class.

MGS 2, was even better, i love the Tanker set up!

MGS 3, absolutly amazing! I bought it when it first came out over here and pased it then put it away for ages, playing it again now in Hard mode, as i previously played it in Normal... so far i havent killed anyone, i always try to stay stealthy but sometimes its hard so i just go crazy! Excellent game, MGS's is my 2nd favourite gaming range.

Completed MGS3 without killing anyone I didn't have to so when I got to The Sorrow it was easy.

Yeah, that biggie was weird... i had to keep walking down that river for ages, because i killed alot of people. The Boss was hard.

P.s, GTA's are excellent too. Anyone read up about the new on yet? Cars need gas and i think they might add animals in the new one, Return To Liberty City isnt it called?

I had to do it twice, didn't know that you had to use the revive at the end, at the end on the WIG with Ocelot on the shoot out, did you shot at him, I didn't and it gave a diferent video.

The new GTA is going to be shit hot but please don't talk about it so soon, people where talking about GTA:SA a year before it came out and it was annoying that I couldn't play on it, got it a day before the offical release though so....:)

I love that level in MGS when yopu have to hunt 'The End' I couldnt find the Sniper gun, so i had to rely on my camo, directional mic and my ak47... took a while but i eventually got the bastard!

The best way was to were the Thermo goggles and look for his traks then when he fell asleep BOOM HEADSHOT, or turn the clock on your PS2 a week forward and when you go back on it says "the end has died of old age" and you have to go back to the prison in that building, :lol:, do you think there should be an MGS thread, would many people talk on it though.....

the sniper level was one of the most intense levels i have ever played in any game it was so well done after every shot having to relocate quite amazing.Did any one shoot the parot.

as for the best single player I dont know therse a lot to choose.games such as splinter cell resident evil silent hill sw nights of the old republic also the hitman series were good cant wait for hm3 blood money.

lol! i hated that game with a passion! me and my mates are well split over it, some thing its the best game ever but then some of us still dont like it. i've always felt that mgs has more wide an appeal than final fantasy, dunno what you lot think though.

i thought mg3 was the greatest game i've ever played, very, very closely followed by gta:sa

I have to agree with that i got addicted to it but i never could complete the exams at the start but i completed the main story it was bloody immense.
