Hey there dude. I don't think so. KONAMI doesn't seem to care about our comprehensive, alive and beautiful language. I'm Turkish too but I have never seen any PES supporting the language. The writing language is easy to implement (easier than my PS3 PES 2010 copy's Hungarian language I suppose!) and the Turkish commentators add such an incredible excitement to the game too. you sure remember about Turkey vs. Czech or vs. Croatia ?
