Top best? ISS from the 90's (forget the year), PES 6 and PES 13 but 15 may take 13's spot due to gameplay.

Top worse? Easy, the last 3-4 FIFA releases, and PES 14.

it`s def the best one since ps3 was introduced and up to pair with PES5 + 6. So i would call it the best ever regarding gameplay. the missing optio file, logo and emblem import are a big minus in my eyes. why konami didn't gave us the chance to create logos and emblems like we could do back on PS2
