Is PES3 really so easy???

First of all ... i never played PES before now ... i own a pc, and you know this is the first time we see PES for pc...
I downloaded the demo, since it was the first time i was going to play it i thought that i would have been killed by the AI, so i started with a 2 stars difficult setting... i won easily ... i changed to 3 stars ... after a couple of matches i again was able to win easily, i then changed to 4 stars, at the end of the first half i was winning 2-0, so i thought .. damn where's the challenge .. and restarted with 5 stars ( hardest setting ) ... the first match ended with a draw, i won easily the second ....
So ... after less then 2 hours that i play this demo ( and i never played PES before ) i can win against the hardest setting easily... is the game really so easy???? or is just the demo??

I was going to buy both FIFA2004 and PES3 .. but if this one is really so easy i'm NOT going to buy it, so please answer me!

well we cant tell you can we pes3 not being out on pc yet

maybe because its the first pro evolution on there they made it too easy

I don't think it's that easy. Besides you only played the demo, in 90 percent that does not represent the full game. On my PS2version I find it sometimes quite difficult to break down the defence. Does anyone know if there will be an extreme mode after you won the ML on hard?

I dont think its Easy, definitely not as easy as PES 2 is, but it's like all games, once you know what your doing, and you find the best pass to play, or the right place to shoot from, you find it easier. Do you see?

if i know where to shoot from and with how much power, i will do it more often, if i do it more often, i will score more, and if i score more...it will seem easy. its just experience making you better.

i too cant FRICKIN do any better then 3 star

3 star is too easy - 4 i lose maybe half and draw and win the rest

im nearly there

maybe ill do a few 20 minute matches for practice

Ok guys ... maybe it's just me ... i'm an old virtual soccer player .. i've played every damn soccer game for pc since 1994 ... maybe 10 years of playing made me really that good...

Or maybe i was just lucky in those matches, i'll play a couple more matches hoping the AI will kick my ass this time, i'll post here later...

I'm playing as Italy
It's the demo so i can't do any transfer
I play Italy-England as Italy, hardest settings ( 5* ), default formations, and win most of the times ( when i don't win the match usually end with a 0 - 0, but i always make 60% ball possession and have best chances to score )..
Tried also playing against Germany and Spain ... but the result is the same...

Too right. I've been playing since the very first Sensible Soccer. I've also mastered games like Actua Soccer and all FIFA's on the hardest difficulty. I had a go at ISS PE2 once and it was 50/50 on normal level. Now, on 3 stars I find that I lose just as many games as I win in the demo. I thought I was a good player, but if you are finding 5 stars really easy you must be some sort of freak.

3 stars is intense. I'm getting my arse kicked 0-2, 0-1 and occasionally I can swing it nil-nil. I can't even score a goal on 3 stars yet even tho I can win 2-0 or 3-0 on 2 stars.
