Yes the first time i play it i win in 5*.
And again ... i can't play ML with castelo, burchet and the others because i have only the demo...
But ok guys, if you don't believe me it's your problem, not mine...
All i wanted to know is if it was only me to find this game easy.. and yes it seems that is only me, so maybe it's the demo.. and the final game would be different, i'll read some reviews when the game comes out for pc.

Come on Francesco you cant tell us how easy the game is for u because is treating us like idiots...Nobody i know says PES is easy and it takes a lot of matches to dominate the skills and even then the game is still a delight to play.

Karmakoma ... i think you missunderstood me ... i'm not telling you anything ... mine was just a question ... and my intentions were not to treat you like idiots, i just posted my impression after playing several matches in the demo, and since i can beat the AI at hardest settings, considering that i played just several matches, my impression is that it's too easy for me, so i asked to someone who own the game if it's easy as the demo is ... and you will never convice me that is hard .. since i can win every damn match i play in 5*.
And if you don't believe me ... i really, really don't care!
Maybe the PC version is different from the PS2 one ... or maybe it's just demo too easy, this was all i wanted to know, but since it seems i can't get a good answer but only people thinking i'm a liar... let's end this thread.

The point is that most of us expend lot of time playing this fantastic football saga since the first PES appeared...and non of us found it easy...thats one of the best points of the game. So allow me to doubt when u told us that PES is so easy...and u are supoused to be a beginer playing PES...
Anyway if u want to end this thread go ahead. ;)

I smell bullshit here!

Three star is a challenge in itself to master and still enjoyable when you do. The first thing you notice about this game is how well organised the defences are.

Sure you're not playing Actua Soccer 3?;)

Yes the AI organises a very good defence, i'm not saying i score 5 goals in a match, it's not easy to score, , but if you keep ball possession ( i always have a 60% ball possession ) sooner or later you'll find a breach in its defence, there's no AI that can handle an human player doing a good ball possession.

Pro Evo 3 is the biggest challenge you'll get from the computer. And the demo you have sounds too easy to me.

FIFA 2004 will be much worse than that, that's guaranteed.

Get the full version, I urge you!

Just a question ...do you find Fifa easy too ? Because Every damn Fifa is mastered in a week or two ,but not pes ...if you find pes that easy don't even bother to buy fifa, it would be a 10-0 victory in you first game . I also, win on five stars with france italy and some other strong nations it's normal these are the best damn teams in the game ,but you'll see the master league is definitely not the same cup of tea.
I still think the demo may be having a problem .

I'm not complaining of anything! And this was NOT a FIFA VS PES thread!
Anyway ... PES is surely awesone.. but i don't think FIFA2004 is worse, i played it and it's a great game, they are different but both great games, so i'll probably buy both. If you haven't tried FIFA2004 yet.. give it a try.

Anyway i never said that i'm good at this game, i'm a beginner ... it couldn't be different since i just played a dozen of matches in the demo, and because i'm a beginner i found it at least strange to win in 5* after only several matches, the AI should kick my ass, so i posted here... there are surely lots of old date PES players here, and i thought they could have aswered my question... is it only me to find this demo easy ( anyone else played it? ),
is the PC version different from the PS one, so maybe easier? Or is just this demo buggy?

I don't know what you mean , it wasn't my intent to make Fifa/vs PES thread ,just told you what is obvious... fifa is much easier than pes to master ,(it surely may be a good game ,tried the demo and wasn't impressed though...exept for the graphic part)
That's the only reason why I told you not to buy Fifa .
Italy is one of the strongest team in pes , that may be another issue, have you tried playing as a smaller team against italy ?

Yes it is! i played the demo, won my matches against 5 stars, i didn't saw an big difference between 3/4/5 stars.. BUT i downloaded the time expander.. (timer stays zero) and omg..5 is soo hard. I am doing "first score 5 wins" .. first match 5-4 won, second lost 5-2, last match won 5-2(engeland - spain..big difference in the demo)

The AI is soft in the beginnen of the match, i usualy score first ( 1-0 2-0) but they always manage to get back into the game..

5 minutes is bugged OR just to short for the cpu to adapt there style.

when i first heard of people finding it easy, i thought...Naaaaaaaaaaaah!

but i had a little go on 5* tuesday during half time of United-Leeds, and won 5-1 on master league against a decent team (cant remember who, just that they were decent) and had 65% possession. and, although you can come a cropper if your not careful, i'm starting to find some matches much easier...

but like i said in another thread, i think its getting more experienced in the game rather than it being easy
