Is there a way to create option files for pes4 on the xbox?

I was just wondering if there will be a way to transfer pes4 option files from pc to xbox by using something similar to the x-port for ps2. I was in 2 minds whether to get pes4 on xbox or ps2 as i could either have online play or save myself a lot of bother by getting an option file off this site because im very lazy. :)
Maybe I could use the xport live to download a file? Any help would be welcome.
