Is there any empty teams in pes2009 ??

hi guys , i wonder if there is anyway to unlock "if they are unlockable" the empty teams "which we edit as we like" is pes2009 if there is such thing , i'm playing it on ps2 so i don't know about it in ps3 , i saw the empty teams' emblems in "edit" but not the teams , those teams were available in pes2008 .
so anyone with an answer please

If you mean the teams in League B there for editing theres no hidden teams beside the classic teams
