is there any option file that has Bundes and dutch league?

I used to use vitbumko (not sure if spell correctly), but had deleted and tried Smoke and other option files, which always either dutch league is replaced by bundes or bundes doesnt exist att all.

So can anyone help me find any option file that has the two leagues together?

Really appreciated in advance.

PS. also if one can send a vitbumko option file link to me, would be nice cos i just cant find it now.
