I won 2-1 and have signed two goalkeepers and a striker (none of whom are as good as my existing players, but hopefully will be in time).

I'm playing an important match today and then on Thursday have the team who are three points behind me in fourth followed by the leaders, away, on Friday. I've got a weakened side out for tomorrow's game but hopefully being at home will drive me on to a much-needed win.

I'm looking to win 3 out of the next 4. As I'm not really competing for anything, I'm going to set my aggression to 10 and play a 4-3-3 against the league leaders on the 6th of Feb and see what happens.

Fab is using 4-5-1 and I've contemplated it but I don't want to change my current tactics - they've got me into third.

Oh and did I mention that my winner in my 2-1 victory from my latest game was scored in the 92nd minute?

Well, i'm using 4-5-1, but not through choice. More the fact that I only have one decent striker.

You weren't even playing that good a side in your last game. Lucky escape. :mellow:

4-5-1 works just fine for me, I only use it because when I joined, the team formation was already set on it and my team was second in the table so it couldnt be that bad. Although I did lose against the 4th from bottom team today :( . Still third, with others closing in on me.

Parlour now 7 goals ahead in topscorers with 45% condition:D . I think I better rest him for tomorrow. Only problem is my Attack is 90 with him and 83 with my second best striker.

Won 2-0 against team in 12th spot. The entire 13,232 strong crowd enjoyed the games. Keeps me in 6th place, 6 points behind 5th and 5 points ahead of 7th.

I'm pissed off as I lost 3-1 at home. The team previously fourth whom I meet on Thursday also lost so they're now fifth, three points behind me and level on points with the new team in fourth. I'm having to rest quite a few players ahead of my big games on Thursday and Friday - but I have two injuries and a suspension. Hard times ahead. I could have blown my promotion chances by the end of this week, or solidified them superbly. Time will tell but I'm going to struggle to stay third at the weekend.

had a 4 - 0 win over 19th with a hat trick from Fairbrother (the striker i was gonna sell) and a goal from Etherington, and also it was a Five - Star performace :D :D

and i've moved up to 12th on goal difference :D

Right, now I'm in the shit.

Lost 2-1 yesterday away to a crap team, three of us are joint-third with 57 points and two teams have 55. I'm third and playnig the team fourth tomorrow. After that, I'm away to the league leaders who have 68 or so points. I HAVE to win every game if I want promotion but I can't see myself making it.
