I can offer for random players on the transfer list but I've never offered for other teams players in any specific way.

Go to my team first and click on Sherwood and see if it has the make an offer in the top right there. If not, then go to the transfer market for midfielders and sort it by age, Sherwood is 33 so just skipping the page on the 33 year olds until his name pops up, I placed him on the list so he should be there.

I went to your team, then clicked on Sherwood but there was nothing in the top right :no: I tried searching through the players but the first 135 pages are players aged 39, so it was gonna be a long time til i got to Sherwood (I tried searching by wage too, but that was just as long)

any tips on formation, etc.... to get my team to play better?

If you have decent midfielders and at least 1 good striker, try my formation on a 4-5-1, passing game and aggression 1 above average.

Since I tried with my 4-4-2, I get 8 of 12 in this season......before, I have a
3-5-2, but the results werent good.....try that or Fab formation Rafa......

I had to play a more or less 2nd string side, but I still managed to win 1-0, continuing my unbeaten run, and my run where I still haven't conceded a goal :shocking: I got Division manager of the week for the first time too

I won again 1-0 against the team who were 1 positon off promotion last season. Very happy. I finally signed a player he is 37 and retiring at the end of the season but his stats are the best they can be bar two stats which are 50/50. He'll do me until the end of the season, he could win me a few matches aswell. My stadium finally 6,000 capacity yes!!!!! lol. Still finding it hard to sign players though.

For 5 seasons too hmy: 3000 wage? I think the most in my team is 1100 :huh:

All of my players wage are below 1,000. Thats the shit thing you just cant compete with offers like that, well i can't anyway. I too have signed 2 players 2 strikers both too retire at the nd of the season but will do me great there stats are the best ever and bots wages are only 800. They will help out my youngins very much.

I can compete with offers like that and I'm one of the poorest teams that all of us are in charge of from what I've seen.

I most prberly could compete with 3,000 but i couldn't see the point when i bid for a player/player i try not to go over 1,500. Am trying to balance out my team and money. I just relised the wages of my scout and all them bloody hell am gettin rid of them drains.
