Players should be able to accumulate an Injury themselves every so often e.g. A player may stretch for a difficult ball and pull there hamstring, Or like recently with Bellamy he chased a ball with pace and pulled his hamstring.

Injuries could be gained when the player is worked too hard, eg using the :R1: sprint button too much, or when stretching for a tackle, or even better when going for a header and crashing into the opponent (with claret everywhere - brilliant!). And players could become more injury prone when fatigued, or when recovering from a previous injury.
Either way, Pro Evo needs more injuries as they are a regular occurence in real-life, but rarely happen in the game.

P.S How about the C. Ronaldo type cross with the inside of his foot for a move on pes4![]()

A move i would love to see is when you are in possesion and running at a player, you could knock the ball past one side of the player and run round the other.
