i've got a problem

i've installed PES 5 and DirectX and i've registrated my game...
but when i press play, it seems like it's about to start the game, but then it doesnt.

does anybody know what the problem might be??

The exact same thing happened to me. Do you have the actual pes5 cd? cos what I did was I downloaded a no cd patch for pes5 and now it works perfectly fine.

No problem, if you can't find a no cd patch, they have one on a website somewhere.

I removed it... though I do understand where the thread starter is coming from... since the same in fact happened to me. Game just refused to boot from the CD.

oh ok sorry about that, its just my CD wasn't working (the same as the thread starter) so I had no choice but to download another .exe file which actually works. Sorry again :blush:
