Ive got my game running smoothly!!! advice and see if it works for you

I was just messing about with the settings after seeing a post below and my ps3 was saying that my video output resolution was 576p. I changed this to 720p and the game is running like a dream!! So go to the main screen across to settings and then display settings and click the top 1 saying video output settings and change the resolution to 720p or maybe it might have to just go up 1 in general. it zooms out abit on the homepage but not in the game and it runs as smooth as ever!! Good luck let me know if this helps anyone. Im so happy

this setting is something you change in the game itself or on the TV? I dont think my TV has that option.

I do have a hd tv but not an amazing 1 cheap old argos 1 i got in sale just for me ps3. Its not on the tv settings its on the ps3 main screen settings like before you load a game up when u have all the options like music and videos. It has made such a big difference on mine its unbelievable. I do think that konami will bring out a patch though soon would be suicide not to.

my 360 is pissing me off, on my tv a while back it would automatically play on 720p but now it's decided to play on 475p or something in the 400's anyway!

try not to download any content or demos whilst playing the game, i found that helped a lot.

I'm running the game on the full 1080 and the game is horrific. I honestly can't remember ever seeing a game with such frame rate issues.
