the stadiums names are still in jap and many players too....I am starting the pes2 without the mem card but still the same.....Sby know anything?

I also have the same problem. Few players names are translated to English. Most of the names are still in Japanese.
Isn't this patch supposed to translate 100% of the player names in English?

How do i apply the patch if its in parts? do i just keep addin each part on in ppf one at a time or is there a way to put all the parts together first and then apply them to the dvd image as one big patch?

hi just a question gunplay mate ;) when you say ALL data you mean the replay files as well right? anyways how comes so many people are claiming that the players are still in jap :S?

gam3r i patched the unpatched iso with the 12.09.04 JB .ppf file and then i played the game and the player names are still in japanese. What else should i do?

xenovragant you have to delete your previous option file and replays and master league data from your mc then start up the game agagin and create a new option file :)

I must admit itried using the ole patch but everytime i went to import the file back in using apache it just shut the program down ,iv since found out it could be down to windows xp sp2, anyway iv d/l and patched succesfully the jonboyo latest patch with the updated extra patch and I would say its excellant transfers are up to date all english names new kits new flags, the game is completely playable now if they ruin the gameplay when pro 4 comes out il stick with this,thanx to all who made this patch.

There was talk of an update this weekend...... but mostly over on Evo-Web which is offline right now, it seems. Don't know if the 'more-kits' update just didn't happen yet (I haven't seen too many new kits for WE8 since the patch was released), or if he's made it but we can't get at it cos there's no Evo-Web at the moment...

I agree, the Ole patch is a lot slicker, and has more bells and whistles, but I need this patch to play a full Premiership with 2004-5 kits. Until Ole update with that, I'm sticking with JB.
