Just got it working. My first patch job too and it costed me 2 DVDS. Heres a run down for the newbs like me. Hopefully it will save you a DVD or 2:

What you need: a blank DVD R-, WE8, SetupDVDDecrypter_3.2.3.0.exe, Winrar and PPF-O-Matic 3[1].0.

1: insert WE8 into your computer's DVD player.

2: make an iso copy of the WE8 onto your harddrive. This isn't just a mere copy and paste. You'll need SetupDVDDecrypter_3.2.3.0.exe to do this. Set this program to ISO READ and record the iso into a folder. I think SetupDVDDecrypter_3.2.3.0.exe is intuitive enough that you should figure this our yourself. Its probably a good idea to make this folder your fresh WE8 iso copy.

3: Copy the fresh iso WE8 folder and call it something else. You can ctrl c and ctrl v this.

4: unrar JB's patches into different folders i.e part-1, part-2 etc etc. Have these folders in your copied iso WE8 folder. I'm not sure what part-1 or part-2 of Jb's patches are.

5: Use PPF-O-Matic 3[1].0. to apply the patch to the copied iso manually. This means going through each of JB's patches Part-1, Part-2 etc etc and remember to always patch your copied iso. The program is extremely simple but I wish it can 'remember' your last patched iso and what the last patch as you might lose count.

6: Go back to SetupDVDDecrypter_3.2.3.0.exe and set ISO to WRITE and burn the copied/patched WE8 ISO to a blank DVD R- and burn at the lowest speed 2x. This takes about 15-20mins to do.

7: Insert the dvd into your modded PS2 and enjoy. This patch is great and I can't wait for the full English version (hopefully before the offical International Release)

Sorry, to be a pain!! But in danger of repeating what ploppyjim said: Is there any chance of a .ppf file for the DVD .ISO file??

i got the dvd ISO version an that does not work, burned 2 times and wasted 2 dvdr for othing,it boots normaly but after the logo KONAMI comes then it freezes.

Does anyone had pictures of the boots and new balls and other stuf of JB?
