another thing is that you have included a system file and i think this will cause me not to unlock trophies, sorry if this as been asked before but do i need to have the system copied over aswell to complete the file ?

2. I will also make this change but nationalities cannot be changed for players in licensed, team A or national I'm afraid, they would have to be recreated
3. I agree on the stats, I used PES database where possible and Championship Manager, I will review the stats now I have football manager also or may just generically reduce them (i.e. -3 per attribute for Pohang) according to team strength.

Yes you can just register them back to Portsmouth and West Ham United, there are in the free agents section. Will only take you a minute as they are easy to find as all real players are in lower case and fake ones have been put in capitals of their nationality.

I don't think you need to copy system data, I thought you did at first but have heard that just edit data and uniforms and faces is all you need so just try that first and check Schalke 04 to see if they have all their players (i.e. Farfan).

Loving the german teams and all the others you created!
But there's only 1 thing that really bothers me, it's mentoined before in this thread.
The created bit unknown teams, their players have too high stats compared to players that are already in-game.
Please fix this and your OF can be the best out there atm! (UK)

I downloaded the file V2 but it did not work on the latest Konami update. I will try to download V2.1 later (I couldn't download from FileFactory because it was busy and MegaUpload because it is blocked by my ISP)... If someone can host the file in another website I would be grateful..
I am also wondering... do you need to recreate and re-do all the work when Konami comes up with a new update? That must be time consuming with all the editing and all. Wouldn't there any way to hex edit the EDIT file to make it compatible with newer Konami update?

To echo the previous post, i too am astounded at the work put into this OF.
I only got PES2010 today and even though im loving it, it would be so much more amazing if i could play with this OF, however i am also unable to succesfully install your 2.1 OF. I have read Konami's most recent update is causing OF's problems.
Hope you can give us a solution so i can realise the full potential of the game

I got it to work.
Try going in your PES2010 menu to System Setting-> Download and then download their DLC (it is different than the patch you download when you start the game). After you download it and install it, copy the Edit File over it from your flash memory.... it should work. Try it
Hi guys, maybe I could have a problem. I've updated from the patch compatibile with 1.02 version and dlc. I've just copied the file edit and few images but first I copy "file edit" a message advices me that the file i was copying was from another user and maybe my I couldn't be able to unlock trophies more.

Used to play PES way back starting on the SNES but recently been hooked on FIFA 09/10 but got bored, PES2010 seems a different challenge, refreshing. FIFA is too simple in comparison, though its a great game still

Cheers jmelough, a top quality option file, with a serious amount of work put in to it. Just a couple of things I noticed: Ronaldo, (the Brazilian one playing for Corinthians), is not a Brazilian national in the option file, I tried to register him for Brazil national team and he's not available, ( I copied him exactly as another created Brazilian player). Ninkovic of Dinamo Kyiv is spelled NInkovic in the option file. I ain't complaining though, it's the best option file out there
Hi guys, for those of you having trouble with compatibility, the file is compatible with Konami update version 1.03. My version 2.1 file is the most recent. In order for it to work though you have to download Konami's patch manually as the one when you turn it on doesn't even do anything. Just do as addola did and then put in my file and the option file will work.

If you just don't copy system data you should be fine and so will your trophies. However, if you find you are not able to unlock trophies there is a guy who found a way round it on here somewhere, I think there is a thread on it.

No worries mate, just pointing out a couple of tiny things to make the option file more perfect. I'd done some extensive editing myself, including tweaking player stats to fix goalies/ slow down gameplay, so I downloaded your file on another profile to see if the DLC/patch actually did improve gameplay.The only problem with your option file is that I have fuck all left to edit myself :lol:
I got a list of real player names from this link, I think Ronaldo isn't in Classic Brazil: http://forums.pesfan.com/showthread.php?t=223299

Again, amazing work, adds so much to the game! Its just great to play with all the teams you have added. Since I'm a Dutchy I appreciate HSV, and Bayern more than i used to.

Thanks man, worked a charm for my first downloaded OF
finally got around to playing with the OF. Great Job seriously. Couple of Questions.
Can u tune down several edited other team stats eg. Melbourne Victory, Pohang Steelers etc, they should be nowhere near Europes elite, Estudiantes and Corinthians obviously are.
Is there any chance of their being more emblems eg. Estudiantes.
