No... if you open the part 1.rar, you'll get a .ppf file. Just put the .ppf file into the .ISO file and after a while it is done.

It's in two parts to make it easier to download.
Get both parts 1 and 2. Unrar them together to form the main part of the patch.

I have 20 to 23 whats the difference between this and 20 to 26??

Where do I get just this part from??

20to23 got heaps of bugs in it. 20to26 got them fixed + other things as well. Get only 15.10.04, 15to20 and 20to26. Those are the correct files. Delete the old one's and start your patching from scratch (from step 1, without any patches added into the .iso file)
