This is technically a patching question - so the answer can be found in the Editing section.
I've already answered this somewhere else today but here it is again:
An X-Port file is just a normal file from a PS2 memory card. A PES3 option file downloaded and transferred using X-Port will only contain stuff that can be edited using the in-game edit modes - so no sponsored kits.
Sponsored kits are only available in patches.
You need to download a patch and apply it to an image of the game - WE7 or PES3 before burning another copy of it which is now patched. Patched games only work on chipped or modded PS2s.
Mods available are:
A PS2 Chip,
Flip-Top Lid method,
Slide Card method,
Knife Trick method.
More info on all of these methods in jag87's thread in the Editing section.
