Would I be correct in saying that there is an Arsenal and Man United logo already in the game?

If so, does that mean that they were going to be in the game, only for a deal that was probably close, collapsing and them using Spurs/Newcastle instead?

Arsenal and Man U were licensed in PES 6.

I know that, but I was looking through the files of PES 2008 and there's a Man U and an Arsenal badge. If these have been left in then they haven't rebuild the game, just developed it. I thought they said they were rebuilding it?!

No, I mean I browsed the original Xbox ISO with GGS. Option files wouldn't affect it. Patches would, but I looked in the original.
