you use FRAPS to record the ingame footage and something like windows movie maker to convert to WMV.

The reason why he scores alot of goals with Henry is because Henry is the best at taking long shots on the game i keep scoring with him its unbeleivable how much the ball dips with Henry haha i played Arsenal vs Real Madrid yesterday i hit the bar 3 times in the first half from about 35-40 yards with Henry and in the second half i hit the bar 5 times all from 40 yards with Henry i ended up winning 4-0 on 6* but cant be botherd to put them on the pc.
